In order to improve their health, many people practice different types of healing techniques. In time, they become increasingly aware of the movement of subtle energies within the body and around the body, and the connection between these energies and their health.
This awareness strengthens the old idea which considers the “vital energy” as a reason for health and its lack as a cause of illness. Our body is not only formed of physical elements such as muscles, nerves, arteries, organs, glands, etc, but it also has a subtle energy system through which the “vital energy” flows.
In turn, this subtle energy system is composed of energetic “bodies” that surround the physical body and help us to process our thoughts and emotions. Energy bodies have energy centers called chakras that function as valves which allow vital energy to circulate through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Our body also has meridians and nadis. These are like rivers that carry the vital energy into the physical body. If this energy is deficient or blocked, we are prone to illness.
If we have enough energy within our bodies and it flows freely, we can maintain our health easier. Stress is one of the reasons why the flow of vital energy breaks or weakens. It is often caused by thoughts and negative feelings (fear, worry, doubt, restlessness) which adhere to the subtle energy system.
Medical research has shown that a continuous state of stress can block the body’s natural ability to regenerate and protect itself. The effects of chronic stress range from minor pain to major health problems such as cardiovascular disease, digestive disturbances, respiratory disorders or skin diseases.
The use of vital energy helps the body to relieve stress by deep relaxation. This healing method is a technique of transmitting this subtle energy to oneself or others through the use of hands to the human energy system. Energy maintains the energy balance and vitality, removing the physical and emotional effects of accumulated stress. Also, this method can:
- accelerate the healing process;
- help the body to remove toxins;
- balance the flow of subtle energy and thus remove blockages;
- help the practitioner to discover that he is a “healer.”
The energy treats the body, the emotions, the mind and the spirit of a person as a whole.
This is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing that anyone can use. This method can be learned by anyone who wants to improve their health and the quality of their life.
This technique does not use symbols. The practitioner accesses the energy for personal use but he can also choose to send it at a distance. To get the most benefits from using this method, all you have to do is practice it. Some people may notice a difference immediately, while others have reported that they felt no change until after two weeks of daily practice.
The technique works from the very beginning. The perception of the practitioner must change. Someone who has used this method consistently said he did not feel the energy during the practice. However, this person has noticed an improvement in health problems following the long-term practice of this method. Beginners and those who do not easily feel the flow of energy are advised to be patient.
How To Use Channeling Energy For Healing:
#1 Sit comfortably (chair, sofa, armchair, etc.) and raise your right hand, with your palm open and facing forward, and your fingers joined together. If you want, place your elbow on the armchair’s or sofa’s arm, or you can use some cushions to support your elbow.
#2 Place your left hand on your left thigh with your palm down.
#3 Place the tip of your tongue on the palate (roof of the mouth), behind your front teeth. This opens the so-called Small Heavenly Circuit. Do not bend the tongue very hard.
#4 Breathe through the nose, lightly, deeply and slowly. Focus your attention on the area about 5 cm below the navel. This area is where the energy accumulates. In some Asian texts, this area is considered the center of the human being. There is no need to use abdominal breathing for this technique to work. It’s just a helpful way to get used to the method. Once the flow of energy has been established, the practitioner may stop focusing his attention on the abdomen.
#5 Visualize the energy coming out of yourself and healing every living being. This stage is an extension of the basic technique and is not necessary for the technique to work. You can also choose to feel the presence of the energy and allow it to flow freely through the body after you have completed steps 1, 2 and 3.
After a few minutes, you will feel an increase in the level of energy beyond what you were accustomed to feeling. It is advisable to gradually increase the duration of practicing this technique of accessing the Universal Energy. There is always the possibility of creating a healing/cleansing reaction in the body when you access a higher amount of energy.
That’s why it’s recommended to increase the duration as you feel fit. For starters, you can try 3 daily treatments for 10-15 minutes each. This technique can also be practiced sitting on your back. The legs remain stretched and relaxed.
It is not mandatory for the knees to be raised. You can practice in this position when you do not feel well. The other stages of the technique remain the same. The auxiliary technique for removing the negative energy after ending the healing technique: Place your palms one above the other and then both on the chest area. Cross your legs or at least close them until they touch.
Remain in this position for a few minutes or as long as you feel good. This position also helps to remove stagnant energy and connects you to the energy of your heart chakra where healing can continue on all subtle levels. The dual aspect of this technique is the combination/link between self-healing and distance healing.
Using this technique, you can choose to send energy to all living beings. You must have this intention. It is not necessary to use symbols. Therefore, you can choose to send healing energy to someone, whether that person is in the same room or on the other side of the Earth.
When the person in question is in the same room, she must sit comfortably facing the practitioner at a distance of about 1.5 m. The healing technique is performed for 10-15 minutes after which the “patient” turns her back on the practitioner and the procedure is repeated. Results are achieved after several sessions.
