We can raise our vibration and better connect to ourselves, nature and Universe by eating highly nutritious energetic foods and eliminating unhealthy relationships and thoughts.

When we consume high vibration foods, we imbibe the positive energy from them and this benefits us in our day to day life, by feeling lighter, healthier, more clear-headed and becoming more productive.

This is one of the reasons why many ancient healers and philosophers were vegans, such as Confucius, Plato,  Leonardo da Vinci, and Pythagoras.

On the other hand, consuming low vibration foods and drinks can lead to having more aggression, anger, obesity, health problems and other problems as well throughout life.

This type of foods cannot give life force energy because they are not derived from life. They have little or no positive vibrational energy and nutrition to add to your body.
