Yoga does help you “find a balance between physical strength and inner strength”, as Jennifer Lawrence said. In my own experience, as I`m not a gym enthusiast, yoga was a great way to get in shape (both physically and mentally) in the comfort of my own home. All you need is to reschedule a bit your daily routines, get some comfortable gym wear and make sure you get some peaceful time for your yoga routine.
