“The Power of Spin” short video was produced by The Resonance Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to the unification of all philosophies and sciences emerging from a complete and applied view of the physics underlying the wheelworks of nature.
The Resonance Project – The Power of Spin description:
This video describes a foundational aspect of Nassim Haramein‘s unified field theory: the reason everything in the Universe, from quarks to quasars SPINS.
The answer: space-time doesn’t just curve, as Albert Einstein first described, it also CURLS as it curves, like water going down the drain. It is the torque of the space-time manifold itself that causes everything in it to spin at all fractal scales.
Spin is one of the most mysterious and fundamental phenomena in physics. All particles possess an amount of intrinsic angular momentum or “spin” that is completely separate from any angular momentum they might possess as a result of their motion.
The effects of spin can be seen throughout chemistry and physics – in the electronic structure of atoms and molecules, in the energy levels of nuclei, in the periodic table, in magnetism and, most fundamentally, in the division of particles into bosons and fermions. In addition, the spin of atoms plays an important role in the behavior of atomic gasses at nanokelvin temperatures.
This role can be traced back to the spins of the basic constituents of matter. Most fundamental particles have a spin of x’ih, where % is the Planck constant divided by 271: any particle with this spin is a fermion. All the constituents of matter in the Standard Model of particle physics – electrons, quarks and neutrinos, and their antiparticles – are fermions. Any particle with zero spin is a boson.
The best-known boson is the photon. Indeed, all the particles that carry forces in the Standard Model – photons, W and Z particles, gluons and the so-far hypothetical graviton are bosons.
According to the Resonance Academy:
“Throughout our history, the ability to think differently has been at the foundation of all innovation and societal change within our cultures. This is particularly true when it comes to our scientific understanding of the nature of the cosmos and world.”
