The Mothers of Chico Xavier synopsis:
There is just one thing more significant than losing a child… discovering that the child still lives.
Three mothers’ destinies are suddenly transformed by posthumous messages channeled by serene medium, Chico Xavier.
The three mothers rediscover hope and joy in their lives under the investigative eye of the journalist, Karl. Chico Xavier, Brazil’s best-loved medium of the 20th century, was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1981 and 1982, being widely respected as a great medium and healer.
Some quotes of Chico Xavier:
“I’m not irreplaceable … I’m nothing but grass growing on the ground; when the grass dies, another one replaces it …”
“The soul that acquires the virtue of forgiveness won’t find any more trouble. No matter what happens, he will know how to run his life …”
“When we have faith and discipline everything becomes easier. Patience is the mother of all virtues. With anxiety, all our lives become worse.”
“When each one of us become an active and living book of lessons for those who see our examples, the boundaries of religious interpretation will give way to the new era of brotherhood and peace we’re waiting for.”
