Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru

Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru – Kundalini Mantra:

Long Ek Ong Kar translation:

The Creator and the Creation are One.

This is our True Identity.

The ecstasy of the experience of this knowledge is beyond all words and brings indescribable happiness.

This soothing mantra is known as Long Ek Ong Kar and is chanted every morning at the start of the morning Aquarian Sadhana.

It can likewise be chanted as a Kundalini mantra without the long chant format.

It brings Kundalini awakening, opening, and healing of the chakras, and a sense of bliss.

This mantra is also called Morning Call and was the first Kundalini mantra taught by Yogi Bhajan in the US.

Yogi Bhajan said it was the mantra of the Aquarian Age.

How To Chant Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru:

Ek is pronounced short and dry like the snapping of a branch, expanded at the anus, while the Mulbhand or root-lock is applied. This implies pulling the muscles of the anus, the sex organ, and the navel point together.

This will keep the vital energy from escaping down by the pull of gravity.

The rest of the breath is divided equally between Ong and Kar.

Ong is pulsated at the sex organ with the mind focused there as well, Kar is vibrated at the navel point, and the mind each time follows the projection of the sounds of the chant.

The next breath projects Sat powerful at the center of the chest, keep – Mulbhand or root lock is applied. This signifies pulling the neck lock.

Nam vibrates at the throat until the very end of your clearly last dying breath, and there is just enough for a gasp by which Siri is projected at the center of the brow, the eyes turn up with it.

Then shortly after that, a quick short breath is taken, and with it, Wa is projected to the very threshold of the 10th Gate, all the energy retained there for another instant, while all the locks are relaxed and the spine stays straight.

The pacifying sound of Wa should start off with puckered lips that suddenly open entirely wide, producing the sound of a drop of water in a half-filled tank of water, the sound of the Age of Aquarius.

We pass the threshold with the short sound of He, and then like a fountain bursting forth, the energy is projected from the tenth Gate, with the very ether-like sound of He Guru, as high as your mind can expand.

Then the cycle starts again.

When you chant this mantra, leading a group, allow enough time between the projection of each sound so that everybody can pronounce each sound distinctly.

Benefits Of Chanting The Mantra

Yogi Bhajan explained:

”All mantras are good, they are all for the awakening of the Divine but this healing mantra is effective and is the mantra for this time, so my lovely student, at the will of my Master I teach you the highest Divine Key which has eight levels and this key can open the lock of the time which is eight in figure (wheel over wheel).

So, when this Mantra is sung in the neck lock, at the point where Prana and Apana meet Sushumana, this healing pulsation opens the lock thus one becomes one with the Divine.

In the town of Goindwal (Panjab, India), even today this mantra is still inscribed on the walls of the Bowli Sahib (sacred well) at the house of the Guru of Guru Ram Das, through whose blessing today we vibrate in the Divine ecstasy.

I reveal to you today this magical secret of the Divine for the uplift of humanity, and those who will follow it will be free, and be united with the Divine.”
